Introduction to Golf

Overview
Golf seems to be a difficult sport to learn? We suggest you an initiation of 3 hours to familiarize yourself with the golf bases, and realized it, as a team building activity.
We would like to introduce you to the cheerfulnesses of Golf thanks to initiations on the most beautiful practices of Paris and its surrounding area.
The technique of teaching is mainly based on Sensations, Balance and Coordination.
Content
- In a relaxed atmosphere, a professional is going to introduce the activity by explaining some basic rules: how to master the gesture in order to make it become a natural movement. The objective will be to find ITS OWN gesture. The first part of the workshop will be dedicated to this research.
- Once the sport warm-up exercises have been realized, presenters take small groups and encourage them to apply this movement on the practice.
- After an hour, results are felt, gestures become more and more powerful and golf balls take their flights!
Previous golf experience is not necessary: the novice golfer will make a significant contribution to the team’s learning and growth.
